تأثیر سبک‌های رهبری تحول آفرین و مبادله‌ای بر عملکرد شرکت با توجه به نقش برنامه ریزی استراتژیک و فرهنگ سازمانی (مطالعه موردی: پتروشیمی فارابی)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of transformational and transactional leadership styles on Organizational performance in terms of the role of strategic planning and organizational culture (case study: Farabi Petrochemicals). For this purpose, 270 employees of Farabi Petrochemical Company were selected randomly from among the statistical population using Cochran’s formula. Structural equation modeling (SEM) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) were used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. The software used in this study is smart PLS (version 2) and SPSS (version 23). In this research, data were collected from the standard transformational leadership style and Organizational Culture Questionnaire Para-González (2018), the Transactional Leadership Questionnaire Kark et al et al., (2014), Strategic Planning (2014), and the Cao Organizational Culture Questionnaire. The results of the research indicate confirmation of all assumptions except the effect of transformational style on the company’s performance. The results showed that strategic planning with beta of 0.294 has the most effect on the company’s performance va
